My name is Cody Berry, and I bring a strong background in business ownership and real estate to everything I do. I’m a graduate of China Spring High School and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Business Science from Tarleton State University in 2006.

After college, I owned and operated my own car dealership for 18 years, where I gained hands-on experience in leadership, finance, negotiations, and customer relations. That experience laid the foundation for my transition into real estate, where I’ve spent the last seven years as a licensed real estate broker and REALTOR®.
