Before becoming a REALTOR®, she spent many years as a Senior Escrow Officer for a major title company - an invaluable foundation that gives her clients a distinct advantage. Her deep understanding of contracts, timelines, title issues, and closing procedures ensures smooth, well-managed transactions from contract to keys. Few agents bring this level of behind-the-scenes knowledge to the table.

Jan's path to real estate began in an unexpected but fitting way. After studying Microbiology and Dental Sciences in college and becoming both a CDA and RDA, she developed a detail-oriented mindset and strong client care skills. When her sister moved in and shared stories from her career in escrow, she was intrigued, and soon discovered her true calling in real estate.

She is passionate about helping buyers find the perfect home or property and guiding sellers confidently into their next chapter of life. Whether assisting first-time buyers or seasoned homeowners, Jan approaches each transaction with patience, clarity, and integrity.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys buying and selling antique salt-glazed pottery and maintains a booth at Cedar Chest Antique Mall in McGregor. She and her husband relocated from the West Coast to Waco in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the area’s beauty, affordability, and welcoming community. With four dogs keeping life lively and entertaining, Jan truly feels at home in Central Texas - and is here to stay.
