Kim Bryant brings nearly three decades of diverse business experience to her real estate clients, grounded in a deep appreciation for relationships, organization, and service. Originally from a small town in South Georgia, Kim earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Valdosta State University and has completed coursework toward her MBA through Liberty University.

Over those 30 years, Kim has worked across the mortgage industry, sales, business administration, property management, and real estate, along with owning and operating several successful small businesses. This well-rounded background allows her to approach real estate with a strong understanding of contracts, timelines, systems, and the details that matter most to clients.

Having personally completed 13 military relocations across seven states over a 23-year period, Kim brings firsthand understanding of the logistics, timelines, and emotional stressors that often accompany military and long-distance moves. She regularly works with military buyers and sellers and is well-versed in the unique considerations involved in military relocations, including tight timelines and detailed documentation.

Kim relocated to the Waco area in 2019 and joined Graceland Real Estate shortly thereafter. She is proud to be part of a brokerage that values integrity, collaboration, and client-focused service.
